I want to use rclone to backup to openstack. Currently I set the header X-Delete-After to 30 days. So that openstack will automatically delete all files older than 30 days. Is this possible with rclone?

Not currently. However there is an issue about it https://github.com/ncw/rclone/issues/59 which is scheduled for, or even sooner if you wanted to help implement it?
