Dedupe on Google Drive takes several runs to find all duplicates

Hi guys,

I am using the following command to dedupe on Google Drive:

rclone -vv dedupe --dedupe-mode newest orschiro:TMP

I noticed that I can run this command several times and Rclone would keeping finding new duplicates.

Is this normal? Why isn't it finding all duplicates in the first instance already?

A good question! Are files being uploaded during the dedupe?

Which version of rclone are you using?

Can you paste some logs (run again with -vv) which show it not working the first time?

Dear @ncw, that was a very good hint!

I upgraded to the last version 1.48, coming from 1.47, and issue seems to be resolved for now.
