Decypt file names locally

Hello,

I have an encrypted cloud and would like to know if somehow I can take the name of one file and get the original by myself.
According to my rclone.conf I'm using these two, I know my password/salt values so I only need to know how to do it

filename_encryption = standard
directory_name_encryption = true

I looked but couldn't find a way to do it
