Decrypt file in snowflake

hello,

Ive been searching the forum on how to decrypt a file without using rclone, but looks like its not possible? I am basically transferring csv files and encrypting them when written in azure blob storage. the azure blob is then connected to snowflake as a staging area. Snowflake should be able to decrypt encrypted files given the master key. But in this case, looks like it cannot do that without rclone. Im getting an error Invalid UTF8 detected in string. Is there any way around it?
