Did you run rclone config file without the --config option? Then it will just look in the default location(s). So you would actually need to run: rclone --config="/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/RCloneCache/.config/rclone/rclone.conf" config file
If you don’t want the --config option in every call, you could set the path in an environment variable RCLONE_CONFIG instead.
