CentOS6 man pages installation fails

This may be a bug in installation instructions.

I Try to install rclone to CentOS6.8 with these instructions:
http://rclone.org/install/

but I get

sudo mandb
sudo: mandb: command not found

Also yum search mandb doesn’t return anything useful.

What is the correct command in centos to install man pages?
