Cannot copy to yandex disk

I want to copy files from some folder to yandex disk.
My config:
cat /root/.config/rclone/rclone.conf
[yandex]
type = yandex
token = {"access_token":"0000","token_type":"OAuth","refresh_token":"1:0000_vxLg","expiry":"2023-01-19T00:41:17.293049124+03:00"}

I replace zeros my tokens.
My log file rclone.log — Яндекс.Диск
Some files are copied successfully. The last file are not copied.

I test with another files but I can`t resolve this problem.

could be some network connectivity issues.

one time speedtest, not useful to help to diagnose interment network issues.

in the past, have you used yandex?
if true, have you every had issues with yandex?
the upload speed is incredibility slow, is that normal with yandex?

The day before yesteday I run copy 15 files in folder (size nearly 31Gb). I was copied all without one in an 2 hours. Rclone are hung on last file. Size of the last file less then 1Gb.

Today all copied correctly.
