Is there a flag to tell an instance of rclone to cancel all transfers if speed drops below X ?
In other words, a way to instruct rclone to abandon any active transfers when the 750GB limit is hit and speeds sink to 0 kb/sec.

There isn't a flag to do that currently as not sure exactly how I can think that would work.
It's probably easier to use a bwlimit or max transfer if that's your goal.
