yes

  1. create a remote for the source
  2. create a remote for the dest
  3. rclone copy source: dest:

for testing, use --dry-run -vv

but first, install the latest version of rclone at https://rclone.org/install/

i believe there are two ways for rclone to acess sharepoint

  1. https://rclone.org/onedrive/ and might be able to use --server-side-across-configs
  2. https://rclone.org/webdav/#sharepoint-online
