yes

  1. create a remote for the source
  2. create a remote for the dest
  3. rclone copy source: dest:

for testing, use --dry-run -vv

but first, install the latest version of rclone at https://rclone.org/install/

i believe there are two ways for rclone to acess sharepoint

  1. https://rclone.org/onedrive/ and might be able to use --server-side-across-configs
  2. https://rclone.org/webdav/#sharepoint-online

yeah you can copy between two SharePoint sites with rclone.

make two remotes with rclone config, type Microsoft OneDrive, then pick SharePoint site when it asks. call them sp_old and sp_new.

test listing:
rclone lsd sp_old: -vv
rclone lsd sp_new: -vv

dry run first:
rclone copy sp_old:path/to/library sp_new:path/to/library --dry-run -vv --checkers 8 --transfers 4

then drop --dry-run when the paths look right.

SharePoint throttles hard, so keep transfers low. if auth fails, re-do the oauth step in rclone config for that remote. say whether you need site libraries or OneDrive personal and we can tighten the paths.
