Archive.org login with rclone

If I wanted to download something from archive dot org but I have to login to do, does that mean it's not possible for it to be downloaded using rclone?

I only ask as I seem to only get the files that archive dot org adds such as the xml, and the sqlite files.

hi, can you provide a specific, real example of one single file?

afiak, not a rclone issue.
if a file is not available for download, iarchive will not list it.

Deja vu, I did say that in my first post, also the file(s) are available for download you just have to be logged in to download them.

sorry, imo, that first post was cryptic, did not answer any of the questions in the help and support template.

as you stated, kind of obvious. if you are not logged in, then cannot download them.
that would apply to wget, lftp or any such program.

initially, i thought you were confused about that, since you added.
"only get the files that archive dot org adds such as the xml, and the sqlite files"

really, just trying to understand what the question about rclone was/is?

I was hoping there would be some way to do the authentication/login with the http remote.

yes, there is standard way to do that.
works with rclone, wget and such tools.
