Any way to do the opposite of encrypting and uploading to ACD?

I have an ACD crypt that I would like to decrypt to a new PC.

Is this possible?

Not mount, but decrypt to its own local folder.

Any ideas?

Just sync it to where you want? Or am I missing your question.

Create a local remote config and sync it from ACD to local.
