As somebody may noticed uloz schinked free storage to 1Gb from 20Gb (need to confirm by bank card) so i need to relocate all my drives.
Now i'm searching for some free rclone supported drive with RW modtime support and at least 15Gb place.
GDrive is blacklisted because 403 error per project is very annoying and some transfers hang up very long due to this. (to get my own credential is a lot of hassle i think)

rclone has a few ways to present multiple providers as a single remote.
so can use as many free providers as you need.
The union backend joins several remotes together to make a single unified view of them.
The combine backend joins remotes together into a single directory tree

if you mean union - yes its good thing but it has cons aslo, checking before upload takes much time, especially if many files present

however, you seem focused free providers, which offer a small amount of space.
else you could just purchase $1TB was a few dollars per month.
i have been using rclone+gdrive for 7+ years, never had issues.
just one time, create a client id+secret which takes a couple of minutes.
