Allow config of mount command

Hello there,

it's now no more possible to use the mount command on mac, when it was
installed through brew.sh. The problem seems to be the dependence on macfuse
Wouldn't it be nice, if one could configure the path to macfuse / the existence of it
manually? So the command would be available again.

You can still install on Mac without an issue.

You need macfuse as it's a fuse based file system so there's no way around that.

I know, but updating all apps including rclone via brew is a little more convenient.
I've installed macfuse and rclone via brew. If I could tell rclone: "He look it's there,
please use it", I would be very happy
