Would it be possible to add Baidu Pan (Baidu's web disk) to rclone?
They have official go support - https://github.com/baidu/baiducloud-sdk-go
If they have an API as you noted, you can raise an issue on the github for a feature request for a new remote. Depending if someone picks it up or you want to help out, it can get added that way as well.
