ACD (US) super slow speed right now (6PM central time 1/13/17)

Anyone experiencing this at the moment? Are they under DDOS? On a 1Gbps connection but getting consistently slow currently:

EU still working amazingly well, like 25%/30% boost for 3 days now.

Speed back to normal now. Don’t know what happened, either my server provider’s network or ACD’s network. Almost had a heart attack there bc Plex was crapping out.
