This is affecting all versions from v1.54.1 to v1.56.0 (inclusive), using arguments like --tpslimit=0.5, nor --low-level-retries 1, nor --transfers 1, nor any combination thereof do not change anything for 1fichier:

ERROR: Failed to copy: couldn't list files: HTTP error 403 (403 Forbidden) returned body: "{\"message\":\"Flood detected: IP Locked #374\",\"status\":\"KO\"}"
