Zstd or other compression formats

Hello! It's quite nice to see rclone growing and becoming I think the best cloud sync ever. GZIP compression is a unique feature (I don't remember any other clients doing this, especially official ones) that is able to actually save you some money when archiving large amount of data. Works flawlessly with Encrypt as well. Online backups have never been easier and cooler! My data is now secure and take less space.

I'd like to submit an idea of Zstandard compression format. I like archiving to it because it's very effective (more than 2 times for common data) and pays off for it's speed. Maybe we can also introduce other formats. I've found a nice pure Go library for it (github.com/klauspost/compress/zstd) and would like to try implementing Zstd support myself after getting feedback. Will open a Github issue after discussion.

Thank you so much for this awesome tool!

compression formats support was extensively discussed in https://github.com/rclone/rclone/pull/3953
and resulted in simplification https://github.com/rclone/rclone/pull/4566
have a look, you will find it reasonable
