Windows Server 2K16 - cannot kill rclone process after S3 WinFSP mount failed

At this point, it's been hung for 43 hours now, so it looks like kernel timeouts aren't working? Is there any other debugging information I can grab using Powershell/Process Explorer, etc. that might be useful?
