Hi,
I was wondering if when performing a local to local copy on Windows if this copies changed blocks or whole files? I’ve always wanted a native rsync (no cygwin) utility for Windows that respects ntfs attributes and permissions etc.
Can rclone fill this need? If so could this in theory be used to perform an incremental copy of C:\ to another drive - preserving everything (except boot, this can be done later with other utilities)?
