As the title reads; When transferring from one Gdrive account to another via an encrypted mount, does the 750gig per day upload limit still apply?

I’m currently moving 35tb using --bwlimit 8500 and just wanted to make sure I’m not making life harder for myself.

Yes, it does apply so you need to throttle it.
