When configuring rclone-drive.service, an error keeps appearing

That's a different error than before.

That means that you are most likely missing your rclone.conf for that user.

rclone.conf is specific for each user so if you were running as root and change user, you need to make a rclone.conf for that user as well or point to a common location.

Will show you were it is. Test and validate by running something like

rclone about plex:

as root and as your user above.

If you are a user and want to share / access it as another user, you have to use allow-other other that won't matter.
