I used the command line https://eapi.pcloud.com/uploadfile?filename=Reunião+de+amigas.mp4&folderid=5353252207&mtime=1673093378&nopartial=1 is not recognized as an internal command or external, an operable program or a batch file.

Rclone doesn't resume downloads.

how do I get rclone to start uploading the failed files? (comand line terminal) without having to put one by one?

If you want to copy one file, just copy one file. Up to you.
