Far as I know you must Star it (right click >star or press S when highlighted folder) and then drag that star’d folder into your actual gdrive.
Did you try the –drive-shared-with-me flag?
Another thing to try is to use v1.40 and set the root_folder_id to make a remote specifically for that folder.
