It refresh every 1 minute without that line as the default is one minute.
Well this is not the case with me 
If you remove, you poll every 1 minute. If you add the 1 hour line you had, you poll ever 1 hour.
If polling didn't work, it would not work either so with a bit of connecting the dots, it works for you and you can remove it.
If you'd like to produce a log of it not working, please do so.
