Using --files-from with Drive hammers the API

Oops, yes, I meant the --files-from-traverse with the --fast-list flag was working!
Very smoothly, still.

I use Google Drive, Dropbox, B2 and Jotta. I’m happy to do some testing over the weekend if you let me know what is needed.
