What's interesting is that it originally gives this error:
Cannot create WinFsp-FUSE file system: access denied.
2022/12/14 03:44:01 ERROR : B2 bucket [BUCKETNAME]: Mount failed
2022/12/14 03:44:01 Fatal error: failed to mount FUSE fs: mount stopped before calling Init: mount failed
But then running the command again I get:

as a test, could try to mount a local folder, not b2. for example,
rclone mount c:\path\to\folder x:
