Tree command, include year with modtime option?

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

The "tree" command doesn't include the year when using --modtime option. Is this by design or candidate for change/enhancement? Other global options do not impact the modtime output for tree, only month/day/time ever reported. A file listing that include date without year is much less useful.
And yes, I know/use other methods for file listings but for the intended purpose I want to use tree.
Thanks!

Run the command

rclone tree --full-path -D -s --human-readable spdir

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)
