really hard to help, as you have not answerd the question in the help and support template.

no, that is how rclone works, like most copy tools.
will not follow links by default.

i am sure the folders do exist.
need to learn basic stuff about windows user profile and links.

 Volume in drive C is EN10CDRIVE
 Volume Serial Number is 72D6-675C
