The way rclone union treats multiple files with same name

How does rclone union treat multiple files/directories with the same name?
Say you have set remotes like remote1, remote2, remote3, and union-remote with a case below:

$ rclone config show union-remote:
[union-remote]
type = union
upstreams = remote1: remote2: remote3:
$ rclone lsf -R remote1:
foo/
foo/bar
$ rclone lsf -R remote2:
foo/
foo/bar
$ rclone lsf -R remote3:
foo

How does rclone union solve the conflicts above?
(What is the terminal output when I type, say rclone lsf -R union-remote:?)
