It just occurred to me that a graceful stop key would be helpful. Something like if CTRL + S is pressed, rclone would finish it’s current transfers without starting new ones, and stop when the current transfers are finished.

That would be nice. I’d rather ctrl-c once for graceful and then ctrl-c again for abort.
Someone made an issue about that already 
I adhere to this feature request.
