You'd probably also want to turn off multi threaded download since remote 1 has no idea remote 2 is doing a multi threaded download.

Perhaps something with fuse open file handle?
We need all 3 debug logs posted along with the log from the copy to correlate them and you are still using the cache backend it seems. You had said you turned that off.
Is that the case or no?
If you want to remove plexdrive and use rclone, we can help.
If you need plexdrive support, you'd have to post on their github.
ok i will try to go back to rclone for 3 remote, i juste need to cache file/directory strucuture without caching file content, than merging the 3 mount in one that caching on the pool.

I have also read that a new king of type was existing, union remote, perhaps it could be great to add a feature to this remote
readpolicy = same has mergerfs (eprand,epff) and perhaps a eprr (existing path round robin)
it do the same with rclone... So it could be great to have a "round robin" read in union rclone type....
We would need a debug log to help you out.
for those who are interested in rotating their remote with mergerfs, i have write a script that can be cronned every hour. It will change order of mount if nothing is played on plex....
