Well I've gone and screwed something up now.
Tried to create a new SFTP remote. Still wouldn't work. And now my cuteFTP wont connect, saying the connection is closed. Despite working for 2 weeks previously.
I give up guys. Thank you for your time though.

Do you have a good article about FSTP that will guide me through it? I tried using the generic one on rclone but unfortuntely i need the dummies guide!
My end goal is to have my files auto transfer from seedbox to plex server with radarr and sonarr in-between.
Im doing it all manually atm and its taking up too much time.
