that has been discussed a number of times in the forum, including a possbile solution.
did none of those topics solve your issue?

I searched in the forum for the error of course, and I found only these 2 instances where the same issue was discussed.

• Can't mount '.heic' (photo-video) files from onedrive
  • From here I tried the suggestion rclone ls
• Rclone Nextcloud/Webdav Failed to sync: net/http: server replied with more than declared Content-Length; truncated
  • From here I tried --retries=1, but that didn't work
  • The rest of the suggestions didn't seem relevant to OneDrive

instead of beta, might try the last stable release, v1.64.2
maybe try --multi-thread-streams=0
