Rclone sync deletes files from source

Hello ,

I was just trying to sync my dropbox remote to my local server and by issueing this command:

rclone sync remote:path /mnt/path --checkers 16 --dropbox-chunk-size 128M --retries 1 --tpslimit 12 --tpslimit-burst 12 --stats 60s --transfers 8 --user-agent "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/74.0.3729.131 Safari/537.36" -v

It seems that everything what was transferred is now on my local server only. I dont get why this deleted the stuff on my remote. What did I do wrong?
