Does rclone support mirroring two different endpoints that are S3-compliant?
Say two Ceph systems physically separated (different states).

Assuming I understand what you mean…
You set up remote1 and seperate remote2 to point at the two systems.
You then run rclone sync remote1:bucket remote2:bucekt
Note that rclone doesn’t copy custom metadat of S3 objects which may, may not be important for you
