rClone Serve Http or Sftp

Hi
I was using rclone with drop box and i love it. Now for some reasons i change dropbox with a hetzner storage server, Before i using rclone serve http and play videos on my website,
Now my first question is which cmd should i have to use rclone serve http ot rclone serve sftp? and want to play video on my web, and bit confused on first step, hope someone guide me the right path,

You can use whatever suits your requirement. If clone serve http was your working setup before then use the same again.
