That looks like Google had a service issue and it would retry.

That looks like you don't have a full file uploaded or something along those lines. What's the size of the file? It's also hard as you have a snippet of the log so you are not using the question template so not sure what command you are running so it's guess work.

Can you share a full debug log of when you try to read the file?

Is there a problem with what you were doing? That log looks pretty normal to me with no errors I saw in first glance.
