Rclone input/output error

Hi,
got rclone on fresh machine (latest rclone and ubuntu 20.04) and I get such error
2021/02/02 20:17:57 ERROR : directory/file.: Failed to calculate src hash: hash: failed to read: read directory/file.: input/output error

any idea why I got such error ?
