I don't know what I did, but rclone started to send a tone of request to google and I typed the quota in less than 4 hours. The problem seems to come from the vfs. Nothing scan like plex or something else I don't understand. Here is the launch line that I had to try.

I did some test and I think the problem is the vfs that I emptied and the 2nd problem would be.
rc vfs/refresh recursive=true

There's no error in the log you've posted.

If you've copied something to a mount with a full mode, it eventually has to upload it.

Google has a daily upload quota of 750GB so if you hit that, things break and stop working as you've exhausted your upload quota for the day.

Hello this is not related to the 750 go I have no log to explain what happened, but clearly by removing rc vfs/refresh recursive=true there is no more continuous attempt. I typed the number of queries with google because of this...

The API quota per day is 1 billion so you aren't hitting that...

I saw the live log all the tv series folder was scanned for no reason. Currently I don't have this error anymore, so I can't show a log unless there is one by default under windows

Rclone doesn't do anything for 'no reason' as it services requests from the applications running on top of it.

You'd really want to add a --log-file to your mount command and capture a log file, share the error and we're happy to help out with whatever issue it is.

all I can say is that when I saw the information pass the cache folder of the vfs exploded in size in the time to say it despite the limit indicated

I want to say that this flag was causing your issue. Did you remove it later on? You do not want to use --no-modtime with Plex scans, that's for sure.

These are indeed things that I have seen on the forums here of people who used it so indeed it was the first time. I don't think plex was scanning at the time though.

--no-modtime will cause Plex to think that everything was just added/changed, triggering endless scans, if you have it set up to scan automatically.

Depends on your setup and workflow, I would think. Others can give better advice regarding cache. I've never used it. I only upload via RcloneBrowser, never through the mount.

Hello, I would like to know what exactly is it for --drive-pacer-min-sleep=10ms --drive-pacer-burst=200 --stats=0 ?
Today I had another problem similar to yesterday, half of my tv series disappeared from plex, so I'm looking for the source. All I can say is that I changed the cache size and location and closed rclone for 2 seconds to apply the changes and plex was not scanning at the time. On the other hand I have the option of automatic scanning of the library when a change is detected.

Here are my settings

You probably want to turn that off, especially if you make changes to the mount that could affect Plex media location.
