Rclone folder is empty locally

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

Copied Rclone.conf from one system to another but the mounted folder is empty while in reality it isn't.

What is your rclone version (output from rclone version)

rclone v1.36

Which OS you are using and how many bits (eg Windows 7, 64 bit)

peppermintOS (UBUNTU 32-bit)

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)

Gsuite

The command you were trying to run (eg rclone copy /tmp remote:tmp)

rclone mount GoogleBackupCrypt:/Toshiba/ ~/GoogleDrive
OR
rclone mount GoogleBackupCrypt ~/GoogleDrive
OR
rclone mount GoogleBackup:/Toshiba/ ~/GoogleDrive
OR
rclone mount GoogleBackup ~/GoogleDrive

Upgrade rclone as that's an ancient version you are using.

hi,
update rclone using this script
https://rclone.org/downloads/#script-download-and-install

you might need to add --allow-other to your command

this is not correct, need a colon in the remote. without the colon, rclone thinks it is a local path
rclone mount GoogleBackupCrypt ~/GoogleDrive
should be
rclone mount GoogleBackupCrypt: ~/GoogleDrive

i do not think this is what you want
rclone mount GoogleBackupCrypt:/Toshiba/ ~/GoogleDrive
should be
rclone mount GoogleBackupCrypt: ~/GoogleDrive

I can't mark both comments as a solution but both apperantly where the issue. Thank you all so much!!

I used the rclone from the normal ubuntu repositorys. And that was my mistake I guess.
