Rclone and radarr renaming issue

Im having an issue with a rclone mount and radarr renaming.
So I have radarr pointed to my rclone mount of my gdrive. Now when I set radarr to renames a file I can see in the network stats that rclone is downloading the file and then uploading back to gdrive. If I look at Google drive I can see its 2 folders while it's downloading and uploading

When I would do this when I first set up my system it didn't happen but something has changed

Radarr 0.2.0.105
Rclone 1.52.2

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

What is your rclone version (output from rclone version)

Which OS you are using and how many bits (eg Windows 7, 64 bit)

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)

The command you were trying to run (eg rclone copy /tmp remote:tmp)
