Rate limit Rclone transfer on the fly

Hi,

If I have a rclone move running on a very large folder I dont always want to stop the transfer when I need some of the upload bandwidth temporarily, is there anyway to limit rclones upload speed on the fly?

Go to the rclone man page, then search for SIGUSR2.
