Question about "vfs-cache-max-size"

Hello! I have a question about the vfs-cache-max-size option. How would I specify a cache size of 100 gigs for example? In the "rclone mount" documentation it says it takes an int, but what does that mean exactly? is "1" a megabyte, kilobyte, etc?
