Problems accessing OneDrive after setting up two-step authentication

What is the problem you are having with rclone?

Some time ago I had set up one of my OneDrive accounts, including the creation of personal Client IDs and Secrets. Everything worked until I activated two-step authentication for this account. Since then, access via rclone is no longer possible.
I've tried reading the documentation and searching here on the forum, but haven't figured out if and how to remedy the problem.
Other OneDrive accounts where two-step authentication is not activated work without any problems.
A while ago, a user asked the same question here on the forum, but I did not see any proposed solution.
Is the problem solvable? If so, could you tell me how?

rclone version 1.69.1

i have a a personal onedrive account and a business onedrive account, both with 2FA.
never had a problem creating remotes.

might try one or both of these steps. in each case, when rclone is doing oauth:
microsoft login dialog box should ask for username, password and totp token.

  2. start over from scratch, create a new onedrive remote.
