Onedrive for business stuck at 1TB despite showing 5TB total

Hi guys, I have some onedrive for business accounts created with forsaken (disposable) emails. All with 5tb.

One of them, I filled with large ISO files (10gb) then it's saying full at exactly 2.5TB.

Now I filled other one with even larger files 20-40gb and now it says full at 1TB.

Any idea how to unlock this? Makes no sense to think 'go to admin panel and set it to 5tb' as they already are.

Issue with OneDrive, not Rclone.
Education plan are very unstable.
