I think this is because the file name encoding is wrong and rclone cannot get the correct path.

i do not use onedrive and i never had such a problem so i cannot be sure but encoding problems do happen.

i thought that we figured out the issue.

that the file path was too long for onedrive.
that after the file path was shortened, rclone was able to copy the file

I read the documentation, the onedrive path is limit 400 characters (https://rclone.org/onedrive/#path-length)
I don't think this path exceeds the limit

Which OS you are using and how many bits (eg Windows 7, 64 bit)

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)
