That doesn't work to connect to for me so it doesn't seem to be Internet accessible.
Your error that you shared says the same thing as it's not accessible from the machine you are connecting from.
There is nothing the forum here can do to solve that as you've have to find the right hostname to use and work with your FTP provider on that.

Your rclone client cannot access your FTP server. That's the current error and that needs to be fixed.

Go to mafreebox. free. fr, then to "Paramètres de la Freebox", then to "Avancé", go to "Nom de domaine", and add a new domain. Put something that is not already created, then check letsencrypt. Now, in Rclone put this new domain as host and it will work !
