What is the problem you are having with rclone?
I really want to set up a link for mass download on google drive without quota error. (alot of people will be downloading these files at once)
Also I would like to set up 1TB+ on my local drive account, I have everything installed and I have all the keys and everything I just don't know how to set it up.
What is your rclone version (output from rclone version)

The command you were trying to run (eg rclone copy /tmp remote:tmp)
rclone copy
it simply copied to google drive and the memory did go down. It didn't stay the same.
A log from the command with the -vv flag (eg output from rclone -vv copy /tmp remote:tmp)
