when playing a 3hr movie, right after the 2nd hr, it just ends the stream

Not too much information to go on there.
Is it reproducible? What do the Plex Logs says? Did you network connection drop out? Do you have any errors in the rclone log at the same time the movie stopped? What’s the player that you are using?
I understand now what is happening, due to my rclone cache setting, plex doesnt know the duration of the source video… so plex defaults to 2 hours…
2 hours is the standard time for the plex transcoder when it doesn’t know the duration of the source video.
My next question is how to resolve this?
Not a clue what you mean by that as I’ve never heard/seen what you are talking about.
