If you wanted to work on a patch, first thing to do would be to update the mega library rclone uses

Rclone can't use the C++ library alas, being written in Go.

I so busy I just can't do it. I just wanted to let you know that there is a solution for the modification time issue.

Maybe I should just post a bug to Git and link to this thread.
